We started a referral program as a way of saying "Thank You" to our valued clients who choose to share our story with others. To date, we have paid out over $700,000 in referral fees and are forever grateful to those who have helped us to grow our business.
The smallest referral fee we pay is a $1,500 fee to clients who referral in other investors to our program. That fee is paid out per house for as many investment properties as the investor purchases.
